- If you won a prize, CONGRATULATIONS, an email has been sent to the email address given upon entry with instructions on how to redeem your prize (please check junk/spam box).
- You have 30 days to claim your prize. After 30 days an unclaimed prize is forfeit.
- If you won multiple prizes within a 30-day period, you will only be awarded the 1st prize won within the 30 day window.
- No exchanges or refunds will be given.
- Gift Cards and any non jewelry or concert ticket prizes will be mailed within 7 – 10 days from your win if you have completed the electronic signature page you have been emailed. If the electronic signature page is not signed, the prize will not be mailed.
- Cumulus Media is not responsible for any lost or stolen items through the mail system and will not be replaced.
- All State, Local and/or Federal taxes (or other fees) for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings. For more information CLICK HERE.
